bath oil

A simple gift idea or effective addition for self-care and healing that is easy on the budget. Combine with bath salts & massage oil for a perfect pamper gift basket.
1) Choose your favorite essential oil or oil blend. We recommend jasmine, lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, rose and rosemary. You can also keep it super simple with the tried and true lavender and eucalyptus. 2) Fill a small jar (leaving a bit of space at the top) with equal parts organic almond oil and jojoba oil. These are the carrier oils and will help your body absorb the essential oils and also leave you feeling GLORIOUS. 3) Add your essential oil(s) from step 1 to the jar, cap it, and gently shake. Ratio for the essential oils should be about 1/10th of the bottle. Use between 1 tablespoon to 1 ounce of oil, depending on your preference of intensity!

chamomile sun relief infusion

- 1 to 2 tablespoons dried chamomile - 1 cup water - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Make an infusion with the chamomile and water: Pour 1 cup of simmering water over the dried chamomile and let it steep for 15 to 25 minutes. Make sure to cover them while steeping. Add the apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture into a sterile spray bottle and place it in the refrigerator to cool. To use, spray on the affected area (do not rub on the skin) and let dry. Reapply as needed.

detox bath salts

Combine and mix all ingredients: * 1 cup epsom salts * 1 cup sea salts (any grain size) *1/2 cup baking soda * 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil * 10 drops Juniper Essential Oil *optional: add herbs of your choice Store the mixture in a sealed jar. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup into your bathwater, sit back and relax as the minerals from the salts soak into your skin and the steam diffuses the aroma all around you with the Lavender's relaxing and anti-inflammatory properties and the detoxifying and stress reducer properties of the Juniper. The baking soda is a great detoxifier and will pull toxins out while lightly exfoliating your skin.
